Swami Vivekananda's Theory on Man Management

There are four types of people :

• One who knows not, but knows not he knows not. He is a fool, shun him.
• One who knows not, but knows he knows not. He is illiterate, teach him. 
• One who knows, but knows not he knows. He is asleep, wake him.
• One who knows and knows he knows. He is a leader, follow him.
